Bought a Blitz panel filter on ebay - listing removed?

Hi guys,

I recently bought a Blitz LM panel filter for my supra from you via your ebay store. I've paid for it through paypal. Checked my ebay today and I had a message saying the listing had been removed and also noticed that the item wasnt in my 'won' category either!!:(

As the paypal payment as gone through, can you just confirm that you are still processing the order? paypal address is judehammersley@hotmail.com

Unfortunately the listing got pulley this morning because Ebay links to my website to display our T&C's which is rediculous, but thats Ebay for you.

Yep definitely. Went on Wed 8th, Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded, Ref. No. DL 2253 4875 5GB

Maybe call/drop in to your local sorting office see if they've tried to deliver it?

Tried that tracking number on the royal mail site and its claiming that it hasnt been delivered yet. Any ideas whats going on?

Have not got a clue matey. Sounds like you may have a lazy postman.

You need to call or drop into your local sorting office. 9 times out of 10 its there and they've not bothered putting a card through your door.

It stays there for 10 days and then gets returned to us.

The saga continues...

Went down to local sorting office tonight and quoted the above tracking number to them and unfortunately the parcel is not there :(
They told me that you can only claim for £2.50 on a recorded item and that you, envy as the sender will have to make the claim!
I was told they had no idea where the item was and that 'maybe it was lost in the system'
My partner hadyn has had similar problems with items you have sent to us via the royal mail recorded before too :(
Is there any chance you can send out another filter please? Preferably with a reliable delivery company?
