I'm thinking of getting one of these as a runabout, and hopefully a decent second hand one, if at all possible. :)

Any opinions/suggestions of where I can get one?

It is funky, it looks like a bandit(original one) mixed with a moped, be good for town driving but can't see any long distance trips on it.

Its only going to be used around town, as I have my yummy car for everything else. :)

It's got an excellent write-up, and if I could get hold of a decent second hand one, I think it'll fit the bill.

To play devil's advocate for a sec, why not get an older bike? Might be biased but I've a Honda Bros for the same reason, 20 years old this year, never misses a beat, and still looks the nuts. Learner legal too.

Well I suppose I would consider anything for the right price, and considering I'll be a 'learner', something within the smaller engine range. I thought a scooter, Vespa type moped would be the best choice. :)

Never really liked scooters.... cue fat bird joke! Oh, it's a 400cc v-twin, 33bhp. Think the learner rules are the same for uk as here.
