or is it just a lambo? can't tell from the dash! lol, probably made a prat out of myself :D
That does look good:cool:
that's actully good, miles better than the mr2 into a mustang kit
Hmm still an mr2 imo. Looks good but will sound whack!
Bet Insuring a MR2 that looks like a Lambo will be easy....................
NOT!!!
tbh I'm still not convinced now it's an mr2, the engine bay is throwing me?

Why would you though???
because it's the law ;) :p
Mike
looks good but you can tell its not a real lambo, the lights look too 'plastic' if you get my drift

Lol:d I ment the kit not about the insurance :p

Actually if you read the EBay thing further down there is some Q and A of people where they say they move the Engine.
Q: i thought mr2s only coud take ferrari 360 kits? 01-Mar-08
A: No a mr2 will not take a 360 kit, a 360 need to be done on a pug 406 coupe if you want it to be dimensionly correct, we move the engine on the mr2
Possibly a Con.

Wheelbase looks too long and the drivers position too far forward of the rear wheels to be an MR2 surely? :search:
That yellow one is a real one :D

thats what i'm thinking, in the primer shot it looks like an mr2 dash, doesnt in the others though, i'm 99% sure thats not the the mr2 engine in that shot!

Definitely! The one in primer is also a LOT shorter than the car in the other photos!
from the ebay questons they apparently do the dash too?
Anyone in the Hull area fancy popping in there for a cuppa and checking it out? :)
what about the seats and the brakes :) ?
That is very good but surely the chassis needs to be lengthened
The noise when it's running would be a giveaway, as would the speed ... what engine could you put in it to make it more 'convincing'?

Either way their spelling leaves a lot to the Imagination too. I recon it's a bad ass con.

Front brakes do look pretty substantial! More so than MR2 brakes I'd imagine.

If it's anything like the Ferrari kits it'll be easy and cheaper than insuring an ordinary MR2.
When they last advertised these kits they showed a really nasty MR2 version parked next to a real one that they used for most of the pics.
You can see some of them here:

How does moving the engine help in moving the wheels?! :search:
I can't believe it's not butter!
that yellow one looks like a real one to me....

10k seems cheap for the amount of work that must have gone in to it. the 355 kitted ones go for near 15k do they not?
I'd like to see an MR2 bodykit conversion for a Ferrari or Lamborghini.
Looks great. I dont know if i would consider owning one. If it was setup with a decent single etc i think i might.
Why would you though???
Because you are a 10 bob millionaire......;)
H.
looks good but will it drive like a Mr2 thats got 3 tons of Fibre glass stuck to it?

It's only the body shell they are selling.
