Most of my friends think my job is glamourous. I think it's just a job
On Saturday I went to the F1 Powerboat GP and went out in one of the boats, today I went quad biking in the desert with one of the best motorcycle racers in the world and on Thursday I'm off for drinks and canapes with the Royal family.
Pretty much day-to-day stuff!!!

i was never told wether i looked like burke or haire,
i buried a couple of Lords thats about it for famous people realy.
i get up at 5.30am. i just got in and showered and i would not swap my job for yours:D i love my job, maybe not as good as yours in some peoples eyes, but in mine it is:p

Ok,the best Job ive ever had wasnt bad,
i went out with a model for about 2 years,and a few times a week either before a job or a competition she would be going on i had to moisturise almost her entire body then rub her all over (twice) with fake tan.,that was the best even tho i was never paid :)
the most glamourous was as sound engineer for a large company,i did that for nearly 10 years and met many stars & celebs,was a pretty well paid job.

I was up at 5.30am drove 70 miles to Worcester,removed a carbon-fibre roof and rear wheelarches from a BMW GTR racecar,drove 70 miles home and carried on modifying a carbon steering wheel from an ex Arrows FI car in the workshop.
All in all a good day,especially as I didnt get held up in any traffic.
Tomorrows another day as Im off to Silverstone at 6am......:rolleyes:
I fix showers! (electronics/communications and electrician are my trades) Met a couple of z list famous people.
Its my mum who mingles with the stars and thats through being a cordon bleu chef.
i once drove a tank for 3 weeks with prince harry as the commander
the best part of that was kicking him out of his dossbag at 3am and telling him to stag on while i sleep:)

I'm a sales rep. I get to play Golf at the Belfry, go to Football matches with clients, trips to Germany & Las Vegas entertaining etc. I usually drive around all day having brews or stay at home and surf on here all day!!
It's a great job but it can get a bit boring at times, there are only so many free bars and lunches that you can handle....:D

Double the pleasure, not only do you get the the satisfaction of curling one off but you also get paid for it!
It's the proverbial win win situation (except for the poor bugger that comes in to the bog post splashdown)

My job is definitely not glamorous as I work in a bar waiting tables, doing some PR work with customers and a little bit of singing as the entertainment.
However, being located on the beach front on Kos is kind of glamorous and working 6 months on and 6 months off is a definite bully bonus. :)

My job isn't glamorous at all, I sit in an office spending the Company's money on Chemicals all day. In between I surf the net, then I get to go home and cook dinner for my family. Yiippeeeeeeee. LOL.

It depends on who you work for,nowadays most graveyards are owned by local councils so your Ltd to there wage,which usualy isnt much,.
i got that job as a stop gap via an agency and working conditions werent very good,dinner breaks in a shed with a butty box,constantly tidying graves when theres no-one to bury,and sometimes you would be called over to a graveside to bury someone like 10 mins before your shift finished,.
the only saving grace in that job was sometimes a grave would be dug with a digger - saving lots of work.

Can I ask what you sell btw? Cos hospitality like that is deemed as unacceptable in my company (yank company surprise surprise), and seen as a way of gaining an unfair advantage in business. It's frowned upon to the point it's practically alongside Insider Trading!

Now that's a view of a policemans role that I never had before. ( I guess I'm referring to the traffic police though :p)
I spend my time between a computer screen and meetings looking after all the IT projects within a large healthcare Trust. I get shedloads of satisfaction from improving the way that doctors work.:)

Keeping me safe ??? Scaring the bejeesus out of me more like ! There I was, happily working away and I hear a 'he's over there'. I look up and see my colleagues pointing me out to a fully clothed officer who normally carries a firearm :blink:
