what ever you do dont take the needles off

take the 5 screws holding the top part of the dash on , out and remove it, remove the center dial surround, then remove one screw on each side to take off the other 2 panels surrounding it

(need to take all the dash panels off really)

then there are 4 screws holding the dial cluster in take them out and turn the dials over, then remove the 4 large bulbs and follow the curcuit to find the small buylb at the end of the curcuit.

( now this bit is hard to discribe :D )then fit the dials over the needles, put the neddle throught the center hole and hold the bottm bit down under the needle until the dial goes completly over the needle

then conect all the dials to the switch and solder the red and black wire to the first bulb copper contacts i think i put the picture on the first group buy thread
