Well thats the FCD fitted, Waldro fitted, Plugs done, already had the boost guage.

Stainless is on, Second cat is out, First cat is off, NO studs broken in place!!! However they were totaled. Must have been put in my a sumo wrestler as ther threads were shot.

Stuck now coz I cant get the 3 studs and nuts :(

Ordered them last week. They said they would be in mid week. However they cant get em and apparently it will be mid next week at the earliest.

Role on next week end now then.

Rang you Monday and you didnt have any but you were going to order some in. Rang again in Wednesday, spoke to Kevin who said if I was having bother getting them from Hodgson then you would not have been able to get them either. At which point I gave up and decided to wait.

I do need 2 crankcase hoses, Toyota part number 12263-46010 & 12264-46010 I think.

Not ordered them yet from toyota, would you happen to have those in stock Gareth?

They sent the wrong studs BOO!!

Cheers Gaz, Envy to the rescue, they had them in stock again :)

All fitted, now car wont start. Error code 31. Not a clue why either :(

:D

Glad you got sorted Darren.

Code 31, I'm thinking something to do with your FCD install...

Code 31 is the MAF sensor..............i think.

Code 31 relates to Air Flow Meter Circuit, so it says in the diagnostics link.

But I didnt think the Jap TT had one?

It relates too;

Open or short in air flow meter curcuit

Air Flow Meter

ECU

Error code 31 can relate to the MAP Sensor on early J-Specs even though the diagnostics code chart talks about Air Flow Mass Meter.

With a recent FCD install its a bit too much of a co-incidence.

aahh got ya. I've posted the problem in the tech bit. Ian C has replies and think it may be the fact I followed a USA guide to fitting the FCD. I've posted on there what I wired where and a post to my original question aboit its fitment.

With a bit of luck I'll know what to pull to bits once I get home :)
