suprattgaz
Good effort on metal work though! better than most pro garages would do
captainchaos
might have it powder coated (will cost nothing) and see what it looks like black want rid of the shiney fuse box cover really dont like them any more or maybe a brushed finish might run it through the polisher see what it looks like in a satin finish. Might as well play with it made it now lol. Ah well exhaust to fab up in the morning oooo the joy of tig welding.

paul mac
you could always loose all the wiring into the inner wing, pic shows the left side (filter) done, including removal of that crappy little junction box that just sits in the middle of no where, i have a bit more work to do on the battery side, not a bad effort with the stainless though, i think i would go carbon as its a bit less in your face than the stainless

colsoop
You can't anodise steel. Powdercoat would look good though a nice gloss black - clear coated. i would also put something on the edges of the cover like a weathering strip.

captainchaos
its stainless i know you cant anodise it, what i meant was make another from ally. I have some weather stripping in the garage already for the holes that were cut to feed the intercooler pipes through.
