Anybody have this set-up? I'm sure from head-on the light output would be pretty much all white. What I'm wondering is -- from the sides (or as you hit bumps in the road), is there any color (tints of blue or purple due to the projector lens) noticeable from the front? BTW 5000K is what some companies sell instead of 4300K.

I'm lead to believe from a driver point of view, 4300k is what you'd be after- brilliant white light etc...

If you want your car to have a hint of blue- then 6000k

If you want to look like a merchant banker, 8000-12000k should be right up your street.

As a matter of fact I did. One of my bulbs was faulty, but the supplier sorted it out, very quickly.

You sure you connected them up the right way round - often the cable from the ballast to the bulb can be connected both ways round ;)

I have 4300k with UK glass headlights, and haven't noticed any tint personally...
