I went down to the first Yorkshire Dyno Day today at Miami GT, was great to see all you guys & put faces to names, & thanks to Andy & his team for their hospitality . I had a great day, even the run down & back in hot pursuit of Tom was a howl.

Onto the results, well it wasn't what I expected, graphs are:

(flywheel bhp/torque):

(wheel bhp/boost):

Runs were done in 3rd gear. Looking at it now not sure why it's showing full boost by 5250 (thats T88 territory isn't it :D).

I'm not going to get hung up on the power figures, the car is amazing on the road (enough to spin up R888's in 4th gear at 80 leptons & punish my mates 520bhp 911) which is all that matters at the end of the day.

Was that dyno drawn with a pen by hand? :D

I'd never seen a dyno plot like that before, but I've never been on this type of dyno before, assumed it was normal :search:

Was it wheelspinning on the rollers?

Don't think so Gaz, it had that "power bar" thing which pushes the car harder onto the roller as it accelerates. I was car no 3 so wonder what he others looked like (I left after my run).

Oh ok, mine spooled very late when i had a snapped piston ring....is that better??? ;)

Ya git :D

I dont understand the graphs, seems as though the revs pic up and then drop back?

On a power run the car should be put in gear and foot on the floor, the graph should always be going from left to right, it shouldnt be back and forth like that..

Well I thought that too Jody, maybe it's a software issue, the revs certainly climbed positively all the way.
