Dash Lights

Hi all,

Thouroughly pleased with my Supra Non Turbo SZ import. Picked it up today. Only problem now is that an engine light the little orange one on the right hand warning cluster (The left most indicator) is now iluminated. It looks like the Engine icon on the technical page.

Any ideas on what it may be? Or is it going to have to see the computers at Toyota?

It does not come on all the time. Only some times. Does not light up straight away either.

Just had a thought. When i filled the car up after collecting it i filled it with Normal Unleaded and not super unleaded. Unsure whether that would make a difference.

Also i could do with a users manual for the car just so i have got something to refer to if needed.

Any help mostly appreciated.

Im not techie but do a search for "engine light" and youll find some nice info on how to read the code which may have been generated by the light.
It seems quite easy to read the info yhough I havent needed to do it myself.

Itll probably turn out to be something simple!

If its the shape of an engine this is an ecu warning light or has been on most cars I have owned,,might be wrong though

Warnign light on Rev counter does come up.

Going to the garage i bought it from today hopefully sort it out.
