New family car advise

Dads changing his car again, and I always help out, he drives a Laguna at the moment, he always buys new and sells on after 3 years or so. Hes found the Laguna to be reliable and comfortable, and it has all the gadgets he needs too, air con, electric windows etc, hes always got a good deal on Lagunas,and has had a couple

Anyone got any suggestions of other cars in the same sort of price range as the Laguna, standard 1.8 does him fine too :search:

Tried it, he says that mine will do for when he wants to drive one, luckily that isn't too often

Mondeo, has all the toys and is bigger too. Also looks a hell of a lot btter than the Laguna.
