Hey Guys, what is the circled thing in the first picture called?

I need to get a new one for the other side, it's popped out and vanished, and the arm keeps falling out and hitting me on the head, doh!

Best thing to do is measure the diameter of the shaft (or take it with you) and pop to you local engineers merchant and explain to them what you need. I would ask for a retaining washer, but I've just made that up :innocent:

It is a retaining washer. Spring steel retainer. It's acting the same as a circlip which would do the same job bud. :)
