Lucky escape....for me anyway!

The other night I was up late and heard some kids walking down the road. I live on a quiet street so thought it unusual and went to the window to have a look.

Two boys and a girl about 15 yrs old where walking along and one had a house brick in his hand! Just then the little ******* goes up to the back of my car, and brings his arm up to lob it through the back window!!!

I shouted at him before he chucked it, he swore back and then legged it with his mates!

I called the police who where quick to turn up but the ****** had all disappeard!

In the morning I get up to find two of my poor neighbours up and down the street had their back windows smashed by these tossers!

What pleasure can they possibly get!

Surely there has to be some change in the law soon to come down harder of these utter *****.

Rant over!!!

I bet you though that there parents are probably not together but both will live in council houses claiming benefits and not working, they also probably have about 200 f**king children so they can get even more benefits and then once they have there child benefits money they won't give a f*ck about the kid so they don't teach them about respect and the kids then just become your average f**king yob that needs to have authority and respect beat into them because the parents are to busy watching Jeremy Kyle or down at the pub pissing away OUR money to do it themselves.

And the REAL kicker is that cos their 15 the law is on their side! as in you cant kick the sh*t into them as their just "helpless bored teenagers"! and you get done for GBH or aggrevated assault!. they know they can get away with it which is why they doo it. F**K them! if some kids can walk around at stupid o clock smashing windows- why cant we smash their faces up witht he same damn brick! what ever happened to an english mans home is his castle!

im glad u didnt get ur car smashed in tho bro - if it happens again baseball bat to the skull!!

Yea I know!!! Phew...!

Gutted for my neighbours though especially one of them who is an old lady in her late 70`s. For someone of her age to have the hassle of cleaning it up, sorting out the insurance, getting it fixed etc.. and for what!

I live in a really nice area and dont usually get this sort of problem. Having spoken to a few people these kids are from out of the area and are now milling around different neighbourhoods to avoid their own areas where they are know by the police!

We are now subject to nomadic chavs! :taped:

I used to live in headingley near a childrens home. They used to wait till the Leeds Rhinos were playing (and people parked their cars on the street and walked to the stadium) before smashing all the windows of every car.

Why at 15 is the law on their side? They are still convicted of the same crimes as you and I irrespective of age.

if it happens again baseball bat to the skull

Please don't... just have your 8 year old son do it instead.

err and what exactly is wrong with not having/living with both of your parents??

Don't stereotype, my Dad brought me up and I turned out just fine.

Sorry, thats not what I meant. I meant that there parents were probably like some of the kids you see today that are sleeping around at like 13/14 and probably don't even know who the father is. I have many freinds with single parents who have just divorced/parted ways and by no way do I believe that you will come off worse because of it.

Theres no one thing to blame, its just the way they are these days, unless the government do something about changing the bloody ridiculous laws of this mindless nanny state, its only going to get worse!
i can see people resorting to vigilante groups/private policing before long, if something is not done to put a stop to antisocial behaviour, and bloody good luck to them;)something needs to be done now!

When you were a teenager either the owner or your parents would have given you a slap for doing it so you didn't.
Nowdays what with the 'Supernanny' culture and crap leftie state of this country the kids growing up do what they like and if you have a go at them the full weight of the law comes down on you:blink:
Bloody mess this country is in now:(

this really angers me, it's just mindless vandalism. your very lucky you caught them just before they threw it. it's a shame for your neighbours tho.. I'm only 22 and when i was 15 we would never have thought about doing this (and trust me we were no angels) we were more interested in damaging our own lungs and livers than other peoples property.. lets just hope what goes around comes around and they get what they deserve. :hang:

i have actually caught a vandle who keyed up my Rover 800 Vitesse a few years ago. I am not going to say what I did, but I paid the price for it.....5 years of paying, if you get what I mean. I'd do what I did again and still have no regrets.

It sickens me, really does.

Does anyone watch Red Dwarf? In particular I refer to the episode (can't remember the name now) where they were in a place where whatever they did to someone/something else was immediately done to them....... would be great to have in the real world :D

I have to agree. I had the fear of God of my Father and the Police in those days. Worst we ever did was hang out in the park and get drunk then go home and throw up.

Would never have dreamt of touching anyone's property.

So the powers at be would have you nothing, and if they by some fluke the police catch them, the law gives them a slapped wrist at best???

As for s18 GBH... don't you think it is slightly disproportionate to vandalism?

15 Years min for murder I believe.

And he didn't say 5 years in prision. Might have been a suspended sentence, community order or 5 years nagging from the wife.

When i was working yesterday i saw a group of kids bout 9 of them all aged roughly between 5-7 years of age and twp of them had climbed up onto a roof and were throwing mud at the others. I was discusted were the f*ck was there parents who the hell lets there 5year old out on there own they could of easily fell and hurt themselves badly. So i called the police abosluty amazed at how some people look after there kids.

3 years 4 months in HMP Bullingdon....no parole because I wouldn't say sorry or show any regret for what I did. I don't think it was disproportionate at all, in fact I regret no killing the little c**t. Look at all the innocent people who have been kicked to death by scumbags over the past few years. What I did is turn the tables and teach the scumbag a lesson for life. He is scarred for life, only has use of one of his lungs and I'm sure that mentally he will never be the same again.

I had never been in trouble before and I had a trusted job at Heathrow Airport as a security officer. The mindless c**t that wrecked my car had only just been released from a YOI for doing the very same thing to another car (or cars). I do have a CR now for life, but when I explain it at job interviews etc most people shake me by the hand! It has not really held me back one bit and I do not regret anything.

A few years back i had an inflatable christmas homer simpson thing outside. One year it never got touched but the 2nd year youths kept on going up to it and having a hit at it.

One time this stranger saw who did it and cracked the little shit over the head numerous times. He had a ski mask on so he was never identified. I would have been a suspect had i not been in the living room with my wife.

i agree but there was nothing wrong with council estates when i as younger we had no money most of time,as my dad was a lazy twat at times.
i remember when the heating was cut off in the winter that was a bit hard.
but do you know what we all grew up with respect for are elders and never drempt of doing the stuff you hear off today

Not that it matters now but couldn't you have taught him the same lesson by just beating him a little bit? I.e. avoiding spending 3 years in prision.

I personally would shake your hand also for teaching him a lesson but I just think people (generally) need to be aware of a line that shouldn't be crossed or you become as bad as them.

That's a joke. if you get 15 years you'd be out in about 7 or 8. You might serve 15 years if you got life.

You get 30 years if you get life. 15 years is for a 'less serious' murder I believe. Also as far as I am aware the right to parole is not automatic for serious murders.
