Not sure if this has been posted before but I thought it might be helpful for people when deciding on wheel sizes. Got it from the supraforums.

 

Also a handy tip, if your buying 2 or 3 piece wheels make sure you get a high disk fitment for the front of the car or you will not be able to fit larger brakes in the future.
