Additional Oil coolers - yes or no?

Just a curiosity really, all UK (and presumably Euro/US specs) have a diff cooler and I was wondering if they are really needed as the only other cars that seem to have them are tuned R32/33/35 Nissan's.

Likewise to engine oil coolers - how many have them and do they notice any real difference?

Also I notice that many of the Oz forum members have fitted a cooler for the power steering and again is this a necessity or just a 'gimic'?

So if you have an auto you would have 4 oil coolers! - is there any real need to fit all these on one car?

Depends how and where you use your car.
