Fitting SSQV to adapter pipe.

How do you do this as the bov fits in fine but the circlip is just impossible (for me) to get it in enough to put it in the groove. Im using circlip pliers but having no luck with it.....

Is there something i am missing??

we got the angle grinder out one day cause it annoyed us that much lol we grinded the circlip and she eventually fitted and is still on till this day without any bother:d worth a try if you loose your patience:cool:

Kieren I've just had the same problem with the circlip on my ssqv. The circlip pliers I have at home we're just bending due to the tension in the circlip, so I took it to work and used some 'proper' pliers :)

If you give up on it, bring it to mine and I'll take it to work and do it for you, or just buy some better circlip pliers :D
