If you have the exact measurements of the wheel (or if someone else happens to have them already) we may be able to make an educated guess but the proof as they say...is in the pudding. Oh, and if all four wheels are 7.5j width I'd be steering well clear anyway as these are too thin for the fronts, nevermind the rears which should be larger.
