i'm after a 6 speed gear surround and also the plate the goes underneath, i have no idea what it's called but it's there aparently, does anyone know what i'm on about?


car's in next week for 6 speed conversion so i could do with this asap :)

I keep brand new gearshift surrounds in stock, this comes with the gear lever boot also, let me know if thats any good.

Do you mean the tunnel plate ? toyota do them for just over £40..brother had to buy one last month when he went 6 speed.

i'm not sure really, all i know is it's not the one the welds over the tunnel to take the gear linkage, it actually bolts on

i have a 6 speed panel you can have it for postage, or i will drop it at afr saturday matey, and i believe its a tunnel plate your after, its the plate that sits over the hole where the stick comes out, if its a conversion your doing then they will weld a plate over the existing hole as auto,s are bigger, but you will still need the tunnel plate:D i think;)

so can the tunnel plate be removed from the manual car and re fitted to mine?

you can have it mate no charge, i think its a case of just swapping, not definate though but i am sure mine has just been bolted on, i would not think they would build a shell for auto and manuals:D
