Are they any good does anyone know, are they pretty quick, looks like they are around 340bhp? so would they do well against a bpu supra? just cant make up my mind what to go for..

I wouldn't say no to one of those as a second car. What are the running and servicing costs, must be about the same as a supra?

have no idea on the service costs, must look into all of that, thinking of selling my supra for something else, hoping someone may have a bit of input on one of these?

their having a few probs with the site so go easy on the site if you get error messages etc but these guys are to bm's like you are to supras.....

(interpretate how you will :p )

No offence but not sure how useful a site about E36s will be when you're looking for information about an E34...
I'd suggest you head on over to www.m5board.com and look in the E34 section, more information than you can shake a stick at. A friend at work has a white 3.8, it's certianly not slow but way off the pace compared to a standard Supra, let alone a BPU'd car. They can be somewhat expensive to look after, especially when it comes to EDC (£2k to replace a full set of shocks) which is a major weak spot. All have high mileages now and some will have been ragged but as long as you buy a good one and are prepared to spend a bit of money looking after it, then it'll last you a long time.
Edited to add that power-wise the earlier 3.6s were 315bhp while the 3.8s were 340bhp and the very last of the line had a six-speed manual and 18s as standard.

non taken;) they have a 5 series section etc.... the site originally started as e36's... now they cover everything. Alot of the guys on there really know their bmw's!

Oh absolutely, I know the site, but m5board.com would still be my first choice for M5 stuff - almost 8000 E34 M5 threads alone.

been a member on e36 for years now...never had an ///M so never needed to look around. :D
