Supra dimensions - length & width

Hey guys, i got a weird request. I'm buying a Supra in the next month or so and i was wondering if anyone could take down the Supra's length and width.

I need to see if its going to fit into my garage

I know they are a big car but im sure they don't need a special sized garage do they???

Any help would be REALLY helpful.

Is the width including the mirrors?

It is overall dimensions so I assume it is.

Hi all, pardon the thread resurection. But is the Supra width including mirrors definitely 1800mm? I wouldnt be able to afford to go by an assumption as i'll be spending a fair amount of money. Just like the OP this is hinging on me being able to by a Supra or not.

What like magnetic mirrors that can just pull off? Or some mirrors that retract inwards?

haha could make removeable ones, but i'd rather see if it fits in before turning to that

Nah I was thinking mirrors with maybe a screw you can take out and remove them or some kind of pin you can pull out.

1800? Haha mines now 2130 wide? Fat chance mine will ever fit through a garage door now lol.

Getting in and out will be easy enough as the garage inside is 2500mm wide, just the door apeture to drive in is 2040mm

I'm sure you could drive it in a garage, but unless you have an aerotop, or know how to operate the boot release, then you may be in there until you need to go out again!

I've got an ordinary garage (built in 1960) and the Supra fits, just. That's with mirrors out and always reversed in, mind you, I am pretty skinny

The rear arches are the widest point when the mirrors are retracted.

I've got this problem too now and the Supra arrives on Saturday !

Has anyone fitted theres in a standard council garage (the ones in a row)?

Can't comment on your garage but Dukes of Hazzard style is the way I get in and out!

Lower window, open door ( about 6 inch before it meets the wall!), ease my oversize frame until I'm stood on the sill, feed one foot at a time onto the ground, shut the door, fold the door mirror, move to the front of the door, switch on ignition, close the window, remove the key and finally lock the car.

Reverse for getting in and make sure you have foam or carpet on the wall.

After practice it's less than a minute from start to finish.

I very carefully made sure I had plenty of length in the garage but it never once crossed my mind about width as it has been used for a variety of cars over the years. These Supes are very wide cars!
