As this is close to x-mas the time might change but keep that date free.

lol, the phrase 'build it and they will come' springs to mind. The names you have on the list....expect to double it if the weather looks nice. Once you throw up an event theres no way to stop people coming along. If you are looking at a venue with limited space I would change back to the Galleria.
