Cut Fiber Glass Guage PODs?

I used something similar to this:

First I covered the area to be cut out with masking tape (for a cleaner cut) then made sure I had my center point correct for the drill bit and drilled at a medium speed very carefully :)

 

Edges where then tidied up with some sand paper.

Thanks, just finished. Came out better than I taught looks awesome

 

Duration : 2 hours with a metal File did the trick

 

Mask taped up the area then drilled out loads of holes first with the drill, used a small hack saw blade to join all the small drilled holes. This removed a lager portioon of the area, then I went to work on it it a circular metal file. Took some time but it worked

 

I was afraid to use a circular saw incase it cracked, so I took the longer route, taught it might be safer
