Brake warning light

Hi, only got my supra on saturday so don't know too much about them, so I was hoping you could help me out with my problem, well actually i don't know if it is a problem.

When I brake hard, not really hard like abs kicking in hard, but hard, the warning light and handbrake light flash on then go off when i stop breaking, is this maybe because the pads might be low or is it normal.

Cheers

Check your brake fluid level in the reservoir mate, happended to me after bleeding the brakes.....it only needs a tiny amount to trigger the sensor, it's very sensitive. Or check your brake pads, they may need changing...

My reservoir level was right on the minimum and did not look low at first but after rechecking and topping up it solved the problem.
