Guest madhouse1c
Hi, just wondering what you guys think to a 1995 uk twin turbo supra with 48k milage on the clock is worth £11k??
Gaz6002
Auto or manual? What condition? Pics?
Guigsy
Low miles for a uk car of that age. My uk 94 auto is almost 3 x that mileage. My car was 7.5k and i was also offered a uk 6 speed box for a conversion. But that would have cost be 3.5k to get done. And my car is already bpu. If its a manual id say thats spot on. If its a single and manual its cheep. If its auto and bpu unless its a very nice car indeed then its expensive. Any other mods? is it bpu? what wheels are on it? You cant compare an import 6 speed price to a uk 6 speed price incase your wondering. For a start they are very rare. secondly the UK spec car has stronger turbos and a better interior spec aswell as a few other extras. Guest madhouse1c
Its an auto (but i would definately convert it to a getrag 6 speed) from the pics it looks mint really spotless its mainly been used over the years as a weekend summer runner. Only things the current owner has done is add 19" Vortex R alloy wheels with Eibach sports suspension plus the previous owner before him added a sports exhaust, induction kit, blow off valve and boost guage so pretty standard allround, i just have a little voice saying she might not be worth the 11k asking price hence im asking you guys who know the supras and market for them better than myself. ADL Mark
I'd love to say it's about right, as it would make my car worth more, but that sounds overpriced for a UK auto, even with that low mileage
Guest madhouse1c
Yeah ive got that little voice saying that its a little on the high priced side even tho its spotless inside and out. The problem thought is finding a uk spec thats in decent condition thats up for sale.
edge
Why not get a mint j-spec and save some money or half decent j-spec single?
Guest madhouse1c
Ive just always had uk spec cars just something i have always done and preferred doing over imports. Although i have thought about the possibility of getting an aerotop which i could put a 6spd into, question if anyone knows and im sure someone will what was the last year the aerotop in production? I can find info up to 96 then there is no mention if the aerotop was offered after 96.
DannoSupra
If you can afford it, and really like it... go for it! I paid £11k for mine 2years ago. Original with 63k on it! (i've even kept the print out from AutoTrader )
