brake pads?

ok i have DBA brand new disks which i will fit soon but i also was sold EBC red stuff the damn place said these are great stuff. But after reading feedback on people here it is advised not to fit them pads so what are an option of good pads? trd?

well i remember chris wilson said dont use EBC pads :rolleyes: and i dont want my 500 odd pounds disks getting ruined quick

 

Would that the same Chris Wilson who probably wants you to buy his pads? ;)

 

Cheap pads are unlikely to ruin your pretty brakes, they might fade on a trackday or during a spirited drive but somehow I don't think that will be an issue for you.

 

You're on here every day, don't you see all the other posts about things like this?

When i bought my first Supra it had EBC pads in and they were s**t. Changed them for stock pads and they were much better :)

 

Which type though?

 

I would have thought the reds would be on a par with standard, yellows slightly better once warm - greens would be a downgrade.

The best available for the road IMO are the Endless CCX pads. I'll pm you details Jazz.
