I keep having to empty out the old PM box, and i dont really like doing it (i'm one of those people who don't like throwing things away incase i need them in the future).
Could there be an option to pay an additional fee for extra pm storage? i'm sure a lot of members could do with this facility.

Nah I don't need extra just delete them, if they are weeks old and just contain chit chat then no point in keeping them. You can download them you know. I am sure not every single PM is a keeper.

Probably not, but i have a hell of a lot of transaction history i would like to keep. Plus i really dont want to sift through 1500 mails to find suitable candidates for deletion, if it would be possible to buy more space i'd happy hand over my notes
May be we could vote on which ones you keep and which ones you bin :D

Why not simply archive them, off - to text file or XML - it's a facility within the PM area thingy. Job done.

I've seen that in the drop down box with the delete option, its an option indeed but i would prefer to keep them where i could search through them

You can if you choose XML. In fact you can if you choose either TBH.
PM box size isn't set at the user level, it is set at the group level. If I increase yours every other club member also gets the increase. That's not a major problem but I do think 1500 should be sufficient for most people.
Delete your sent ones rather than the ones in the inbox.

Give it a go, you can export some/all messages and have a play about to see what without deleting anything.
I exported mine then deleted the lot. Still got them if I want to hunt for anything important. :)
