A project section?

Hey

Alot of forums I visit got a project part in it, I think it would be great to have one here to, since its always nice to get input on your build and see what others are doing.

I think this has been raised before and the main issue was that who determines exactly "What" a project is. To some people a project might be changing their wheels, to others it is something on a grander scale like the "Green with Envy" car.

Its always a shame when people condem things before they are tried out. I think it would be a good idea too. Aa place to go just to look at modifications in progress without having to search and / or miss out stuff you might otherwise been interested in following.

I'm sure one of the new 12 mods would be more than happy to moderate that section and add / remove anything relevant, just like all the other sections

If you take a project like Tony's (Tlicense) big twin install, with all the photos & updates, then yes a project section where only Tony himself can update (to keep all the chit chat etc out) would be good to see.

But realistically, how many people actually do this or build something on a scale that will be of interest to that many club members that they would keep coming back for updates?
We would want projects that would showcase the club & the great things that members are doing with their cars..... not "I've sprayed my dashboard pink" :blink:

Im not condemming it mate, i agree its a good idea, i said so the last time it was mentioned, im just pointing out the reasons it hasnt been implemented before.
