Ok people, got a funny one here if anyone has any clues?

I'm running Server 2003 with Group Policy Management SP1 on both my DC's.

I've opened my Default Domain Policy GPO on both DC's & Group Policy Management (on both) are showing the GPO was edited last at the exact same time(09/01/08 13:39:46).

So In theory I should see the same info! But Im not! Even though I'm looking at the same GPO on both servers, some of the settings are different.

Another weird thing is that the Link Orders differ for the same GPO's in the same OU's!

How can that happen? And how can I fix it?

Any help would be good because I'm totally confused!

GPO replicate via File Relication Service from the SYSVOL directory. Is your replication ok?

Are the severs in the same AD site?

You could run gpotool to check the heath of all your GPO's. Also try NTFRSUTL to check FRS health.

Also you could download frsdiag from the MS site to check the sysvol replication.

Replication seems to be fine. Even a GPO I edited this morning has replicated fine to the other server already.

Yup they are both in the same AD site.

I'll check the tool and stuff, havnt used them before.

Cheers :)
