Notchy clutch pedal from floods

First time I drive my new supra to work it has to be torrential rain and floods doesn't it! Anyway, I think my clutch slave cyclinder got a bit wet as some of the water was quite deep and there was quite a lot of slow moving traffic. Think it might have got on the actuator, if it's anything like a mkiii supra? It now feels a bit notchy towards bottom of the pedal. Anything to be worried about or maybe it will sort it's self out and lube up again in time? Still changes fine etc, just feels a bit unpleasant. :( Ben
