As I’m sure you know I have posted around the forum mentioning about the new turbo kit. We are working up on a car at this moment in time the new specs of a turbo kit that will manage and push more horsepower and torque over the old version. This will include Intercooler core and all piping for a DIRECT bolt on, turbo, Intake, Silicone (Blue, Red, Black), Downpipe / Midpipe, 38mm Tial Wastegate, Dumptube, all Oil Feed and Drain lines to support, Teflon Lines for Wastegate, all fittings, hardware, clamps to fit! This kit will be to PHR Spec with our HPC Heat Coating keeping your engine bay cooler by 20degree's! Please let me know who is interested in getting this kit on the way! This does not include any fuel related products but if needed we do offer RC440cc or 550cc Injectors and any Walbro needed.

Keep in mind that we have a supporting Fuel System and MAP ECU that will complete the kit to make the most power out of your NA.

If anyone would like to make this a group buy I will agree to lower the price depending on how many people would be interested, and I will speak with the Moderators to complete the GB.

First important question. Does the manifold clear the RHD steering rack?

and how much is it right now?

You can base the price being close to the $4800-4900 range unless your wanting a next step up on the size of the Turbo.

Joe

I will double check with some people and take measurements and give you a solid answer. From what I have heard everyone has had no issues from the last generation?

What are all of the products included with the new NA turbo kit?

This will be a complete Turbo Kit with the items that I have listed in the post.

Will this fit on our RHD supras? i heard USA kits can sometimes not clear steering column etc.

This will fit as it has been tested plenty of times.

If i was to use kit on stock headgasket/compression motor is it right to say that timing should be changed to prevent detonation etc????

As for timing this should not be an issue

Are the injectors you offer, direct drop in?

I would recommend going with an aftermarket Head Gasket and larger injectors. We have injectors that will fit the stock rail and that will fit our rail.

When does full boost come on?

for the boost that your going to be running and it will have a GT60 coming on full boost at around 3700-3800 rpms.

Does the map ecu control that?

The New MAP ECU II does control timing but is a bit more of a challange with the NA and you will need to know what you're doing.

I will post any further questions here.

Cheers,

Joe

Are you wanting to get the turbo kit and run a fuel system or just a piggyback and drop in injectors?

Let me know and I will get you a price shipped to you.

Here is the idea that we are going behind to get this kit done and will be completing it in the next few weeks and be up for sale!

****NOTE****

This is not our piece and is only an idea to get it to fit correctly for the RHD Supra, it will be coated and have a different way of routing with the Dump Tube.

PS: We weld better than displayed on this piece of handy craftsmanship. ;)

Can anyone get me the measurement that is between the Engine mount and Steering Rack?

This will help complete our kit!

Joe

Joe did you ever get the measurements required for the kit??
With the fitting of a thicker headgasket required for lowering compression I guess you recommend arp head studs aswel, which brings me to my next question with these replacing the bolts what do you use to torque the head? High grade washer and nut or do the studs come with there own?

Studs come with everything that you need to get the job done. Also has torque specs on the back of the box for your application!
