Aerial Not working !!!

I have recently bought the Supra which came without a stereo. I have connected up a temporary head unit which works fine apart from I can't get any reception. The standard aerial doesn't extend so I presume there is no power getting to.

While I was fitting the stereo, I noticed a two pinned plug. Is this for the aerial??
If so, would I be able to just find a positive source when the stereo is connected and then connect it to this plug??

Any help regarding the matter would be greatly appreciated guys.

the search buttons rubbish as you cant put 2 lettered words because it'll get confused lol.... But its easier when you've read the thread before!
