DannyB Posted January 3, 2008 Share Posted January 3, 2008 Hello guys need some help please If all goes well tommorrow i will be selling my car to a guy from france, who is coming down to pick it up. How do i go about making sure that the car is then his and not mine, in the form of the V5? theres a section for permanent export, is that all i have to do? I read the booklet with it, and that makes it sound like If "I" am taknig the car out of the Uk and still having it as mine? Please help! supramkivcork Posted January 3, 2008 Share Posted January 3, 2008 If this as any good at all to ya danny i imported a supra from england and took the v5 document with me and sent it to the administrative authority that deals with motor vehicles here in rep of ireland. DannyB Posted January 3, 2008 Author Share Posted January 3, 2008 Yes mate i read up better on it in the v5 document book, and it would appear you fill it out as normal, but i keep the export section.
