Dude get it done TVR Silver (Spectraflair)!!! anyone seen this on a Supra?

like this ---> http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/259012.htm

Im tempted if i can see a pic of it on a Supra!

I think a Supe has had this done (maybe in the US), but it wouldn't look right IMHO. I considered doing mine this colour but in the end decided it was outdated (plus the fact that the paint worked out at something ridiculous like £500 per litre).

similar colour for 250 a litre!

Yep - fair play. ;) I was researching this about 18 months ago.

I'd still flinch at paying that for 1 litre though. I suppose if I was paying a professional with guaranteed results I wouldn't mind, but when I was looking into it I had the intention of performing a DIY paint job (which I eventually did). I think the primer, paint (including pearl) and clearcoat cost me about £150 all in. :)

wow i really like that colour chris, do you know what the code is?

thanks.

thanks everybody else for your opinions too.

Sorry, no, but any Nissan dealer should be able to tell you, it's used on the new (ish) 350Z. Chrysler Jeep used a VERY similar colour on N to sort of P reg Grand Cherokees. My customer has sold the car, I'd have loved to see a MKIV in that colour, I think it would have looked very classy.
