tbourner
I got mine from Dusty in the US, good deal considering they're one of the best most sought after alloy manufacturers there are. Very lightweight (actually the challenge are one of the heavier, but the nicest looking! ).
hoff
Whats your budget? I love Advan Sienna Generation 2 or most Volks.

hoff
That would be a very good choice. Or Rotas for similar price and quality. Also wheel mania have good prices. The quality is probably not quite as good as the other two but I have a set and have had no problems with them.
magictorch
Look at some of the US sites, some good prices but you have to add the delivery and duty.
Pot
I'd suggest Wheelmania too, but not the Vortex Evolution's, you wouldn't like them, and they're probably really rubbish, and you'd regret buying them... (And I have a set in my lounge ready to go onto my car )
gambie
got these in 19" with tyres 275 and 245 fitted for £1200
Gazboy
You should look in the parts section of this site, there's always some fruitloop changing their wheels more often than their oil...
Nic
Here is a list of Japanese Wheel manufacturer websites. With your budget though, I would look at a decent set of second hand wheels, rather than buy new. http://www.weds.co.jp/products/index.html http://www.rayswheels.co.jp/2007/products/frame_w.html http://www.river-side.co.jp/0.html http://www.yokohamatire.jp/yrc/japan/wheel/ http://www.rd-tanabe.com/lineup/ssr/ms1/index.html http://www.work-wheels.co.jp/ http://www.hartwheels.co.jp/ http://www.do-luck.com/wheel.html http://www.blitz.co.jp/products/products.htm#04 http://www.trdparts.jp/english/parts_index.html http://www.5zigen.co.jp/products/wheel/index.html
