Don't forget that apart from the speed cameras there are literally hundreds of what I think are CCTV cameras - which will be feeding the clever computer with images so it knows what conditions are like and what to set the limits to, but those video feeds are almost certainly being watched by real pople too - who could always call a traffic car... be careful out there! Well those leptons got really high..... but for a short period of time .. and there was no traffic car following.. I shan't be doing it again....... this happened just earlier....
