View Full Version : Any BT employees\engineers here ?
Been trying to get a business line at the workshop but BT sales are about as useful as a chocolate teapot ! Every single sales person has told me something different, including the wideboy who wanted to sell me a 5 year contract - init ! I swear he was about to end the conversation with 'bish bash bosh'
Anyone on here I could PM ?
Cheers
Matt :)
My dad woks for BT so if you want I can try and get you a number if that helps?
Cool thanks, they have been driving me round the twist !!!
I know I got a new job not long ago and we needed all this and the people on the phone are a nightmare, luckily I just passed it over to my dad in the end and let him sort it cause I was ready for killing someone.
Can you PM me the details of what you need and where your business is and I'll pass it onto him.
BT are Knobbers to be honest (No offence to your Dad)
A couple of months ago I changed bank accounts and cancelled my Direct Debit with BT, it took me 6 weeks and several calls to a call center in Pakistan,to get them to finally reset one up.
Luckily my dad doesn't work for the sales side, he's more the technical side.
Still at least he knows who to contact, I had to set up phone lines and broadband for our new office, I got so frustrated with going over the same thing I just rang him and asked him to sort it.
Everything just seems hard work with them.

I know you didn't hun, don't worry;)
It was quite funny the other day, we're opening another office and the manager there was trying to arrange the BT stuff for there.
Her quote of the day was "I've more chance of standing in rocking horse s**t than getting an engineer down here" to the woman on the phone. :D She didn't know what to say to that.
