Hi,

Sorry but I have not been around to answer you questions or quote your parts. I am the only person that handles it and we are shut between 24th-2nd Jan, plus I was away priot to that.

Unfortunately we dont hound the internet forums for business we just service it when we can and sometimes we dont keep on top of it as best as we'd like.

As long as you got your parts you needed, thats the important bit, sorry we didnt reply in good time.

Yes fair enough, but whats the point of being a forum trader if you don't monitor/ answer your sources of contact from potential customers, kind of defeats the object of being a trader IMO.

oh i totally agree. i also feel that most traders on here arent on here enough on a personal level. my top 3 certainly arent. but i still go to them as they are all well known and respected. newer traders such as sumo do need to spend more time on here i'd say.

i meant fair doo's for taking the time to explain and being sincere by the way ;)
