Guest mossy86 Posted December 14, 2007 Share Posted December 14, 2007 Hi I have a small but annoying problem.....Sometimes when I drive my car 60mph+ the open door light blinks on a off even just for a second.....and it will keep doing it until I slow down..... I though it could be from the boot but i replaced the boot rubbers as thought that could be the problem..... But no joy...... Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Animal Posted December 14, 2007 Share Posted December 14, 2007 I had this one after I fitted my carbon doors. I may even have answered this question before, but I can't be arsed to search either. If you look on the edge of your door, near the latch, you'll see a plastic tab. This presses against the 'door closed' switch and mine had twisted a bit so they weren't making proper contact with the switch. I just loosened the screw and turned it a bit and the light stayed off.
