2JG
hi all i'm trying to remove the rear window spoiler but can't see an easy way to get it off without breaking it or damaging the paint work. once i've taken the screws out i can't make enough room to try and get to the super strong double sided tape that's holding the b@st@rd on!! can anyone offer any tips or done it themselves Ta

Kirk
What you wanna do is get a plastic spreader or something you can get under it with and a heat gun Start at 1 end and use the spreader to wedge it up a little bit and then heat the glue up from the underneath, work your way across SLOWLY lifting it up as you go to ensure a glue + mark free finish Becareful not to over heat the spoiler as you will warp it:D
simbasupra
At work we use parcel tape. By this i mean the "normally" white plastic used to hold together parcels/boxes. Cut off a small piece of this and work it behind so it cuts through the adhesive tape. This still leaves tape residue though and we remove this with a caramel wheel. Hope this helps. Ewen
worm Understandable really. It really should be spelt like that, after all its how its pronounced. Unfortunately however, its not.

AndyT
you got it fitted yet Andy? Not yet bud. Mate has got the necessary gear to do it properly, but he's working for another month away. Want to get it right, so it's worth the wait. He built a Merc from the floor up basically so I think he's qualified. Understandable really. It really should be spelt like like, after all its how its pronounced. Unfortunately however, its not. Different realm Ewen. Lol
