URGENTLY Passenger side electric window switch

I need, by Tuesday (!) a passenger side electric window switch with the plug that goes in the back and about 6 inches of the wires.

Can anyone help me out with it please?

I have a switch here, but not the loom part. Jezz is you best bet here, but by Tuesday would be a bit tricky :(

You could make your own with a few wires and spade connectors... (A bodge, yes)
