hi, getting my supra back after nearly 6 months of being fixed- gearbox broke after 3 weeks and then turned out all the transmission was from a pick-up or something... anywho its getting put in a 5 speed getrag ( i no, they never had a 5-speed getrag in original supras but i'm getting one fitted anyway pretty much with a few thousand miles on) all the transmission- clutch propshaft etc is new.

the car hasn't been dyno'd but runs around 400-450 bhp on single turbo from n/a (before i bought it).

problem is that it has a huge turbo lag (4500-5000rpm kicks in) the wheels are minging(some 3 spoke yokohama's) i don't know whats going on with the traction control as there is no wire going to the switch (but a strange aftermarket switch below which i don't no what does!?!?) its got an apexi (or hks, i forget) fuel management system but i don't know what its running on in terms of fuel intake etc... also the cars (i'm told rare) dark greyish brown which i hate. i no ur all prob thinking why i bought it but i had plans before i had to shread out £1000's for the work on the gearbox etc. now i don't really have the cash to make all the mods i wanted to like a respray which would cost a bomb, new wheels and a few other bits. its got a nice veilside bodykit on which in my opinion looks great but the colour really lets the whole car down.

should i just get rid of it and get another supra i like or try and spend even more on it getting it the way i like it.
