razza
What's the difference and can you just bolt these onto a UK engine? What manifold would you need, and would a standard jspec one do?
razza
also would you have to change the mapping on the stock UK engine if you added these turbos?
Nic
VVTi turbos are slightly bigger and use ceramic turbine wheels. The UK and J-spec manifolds use a different bolt pattern, so you cannot swap turbos from one to the other, without also swapping the manifold and associated parts . razza
so if I have a UK engine and put a VVTI manifold and turbo's on it , it should be ok without any further work or mapping? I'm also presmuing it would be a JSpec downpipe and would still need a RR to limit boost?
