Cam Pulleys or FMIC?

I think it depends what your current IC is like, if it's knackered then a new IC should give you nice gains at the top end (it make a significant difference on mine at 25rwhp).

If you have stock cams then from what I've read the cam pulleys are pointless, aftermarket cams and it might be a different story, though Terry Saunders had found there was no benefit to adjusting them. I'm 90% certain this was found after the purple monster engine was mapped on an engine dyno.

I have actually got just one adjustable pulley on my exhaust cam, which is run at about 8-10 deg advanced,

although i can't really say i notice any difference via ass dyno, on my last RR which was aborted due to det i did make 390 ft lbs of torque at just 5,000 RPM,

The FMIC i am uncertain about as my std one is in VGC, and there are very mixed views on this.
