keancy
Sorry for yet another Traction Control post but I am a little baffled and I can't find a relevant post for what I want to know. Yesterday on my way home I obviously put my foot down a little heavy and I fishtailed along the road, after that the car suddenly appeared slow and sluggish and I couldn't figure out why. This morning the same thing happened as it's a little wet again. Pulled out of a junction bit much throttle and a little slip slidy at the back. This time though I noticed that the green "slip control" light had appeared on my dashboard and again the car was sluggish as sh** and no matter how much I tried to put my foot down after, there was no power there and I couldn't get above 40 miles an hour. Now I assume the slip control coming on cuts power which is what it's designed to do but how do I turn it off other then stop the car and turn it off. As pressing the TC button doesn't seem to do anything!! Advise is appreciated.
nige
Just switch the tracky button off and on again which should clear it.
