HID Lights

Tried to fit my HID lights tonight but they are not working ?I replaced the little batery with a bigger 60 AH one as it said in the book but still Nothing.Checked with multi meter that power is geting to the balast which there is but nothing coming out of it .Both balasts cant be shot can they ?
Any sugestions ?

Reverse the polarity. That is what I had to do with my first set but with my second set I connected them up correctly and they worked fine.

I cant do that as the plugs go in only 1 way mate.

You have to mod the plugs.

Ah ok i will try this tomorow when i have checked with the supplyer that if i do this and it still not work he will still swap them. Thanks

All done working great changed the polarity of the wires going from car to balast (+ -)
