Basically Read that TT brake servos or maybe master cylinders on the TT are higher rated than the N/A.
I have an N/A Chassis that i have transplanted a full TT into and am now going big power.
I have acquired a TT servo/master cylinder and they look and measure the same external dimensions :(
Does anyone know is it worth changing ???
I have gone full uk spec from brake lines out but my brakes still feel crap compared to the TT6 i used to have, I got decent front pads and goodridge hoses :search:

The master cylinders are slightly different bore sizes, I can't remember which way though. If you fit a TT cylinder to an N/A car you'll either get a slightly heavier pedal with less travel, or a slightly lighter pedal, with more travel. I wouldn't worry about swapping them. What pads have you got? If they are mine you should really fit them as a full car set, with 2 pot UK rear calipers and matching discs.

I am using Michel lane front pads think Hawk Green?
I got full uk spec but running std pads rear and these hawk jobbies front. 5.1 fluid braided lines.
What price are your full set pls?
Its no big deal to swap the master..do u really think its not worth doing?
P.S Cheers for reply :hi:
There are a lot of different part numbers for the master cylinder on the EPC, what the difference between them I have no idea. I have noticed quite big different in the degree of flex in the master cylinders on different cars though.

I wouldn't bother swapping myself, but if you have one and don't mind the work... :) I suggest you ALWAYS fit matching pads front and rear. Try the same pads in the back calipers, or if you fancy mine the fast road ones are £140 a full car set, or the race ones are £420 a full car set.
