rod millen spoiler

rod millen spoiler freshly sprayed black, it has a carbon center but has been sprayed. There is a small chip that was done in transport but would be an easy repair with a chip pen. £225 plus delivery

Can you point out where the paint has been chipped? i can;t see it clearly on the pics, also, is it possible to retrieve the carbon?
