Very funny :)
I drew a sharp breath at the Courtney/suicide comment.
That guy from Wakefield was funny too. Must be the water around here.
he was good on that channel 4 quiz of the year with the russell brand as a team mate too. much of the boosh character chat reminds me of lee & herring stuff as do some of the oddest characters. i agree you should watch it all from the start, the zoo was brilliant in series one and so were the mod wolves.

It's a sketch show that you have to watch from the beginning or else you don't get it?!? It's shit. I've watched various episodes and I haven't even got as far as getting a spark in my brain that thinks its going to spark the spark that will ignite even a smirk!
Then again, I do still laugh my arse off at pink panther films.:sly:

I think being Welsh might explain it.
Anyway, very good tonight. Mental but good.

Better than last week in my opinion, more of an adventure and some good phrases and insults to be stolen

Don't give away the real reason why we watch it!

Being Welsh gives you an EXCUSE for MANY things, but, unfortunately, it explains nothing!:(
i thought it was really good tonight, they have come in to some money for effects now, which gives them a chance to be a bit more mental

I don't think George Lucas is going to be getting worried just yet.
To be honest I haven't noticed any real changes in effects over previous ones though :search:
Running on the spot still exists and I hope it always does...
Interesting to spot references in each episode. Last night, apart from the obvious Fantastic Voyage part, the punk band was obviously Towers Of London and the bit about being second cousins was from the years old Star Wars spoof.
Any others spotted?
I don't know if it was a deliberate homage, or just sub-conscious, but the anti-bodies bit "We're all Vince" "I'm not" was very Python.
I drew a sharp breath at the Courtney/suicide comment.
i didnt get that reference on NMTB, can someone explain it as i'm not the brightest fish in the book
Kurt Cobain dead of a self-inflicted shotgun wound.
...ir maybe it wasn't self-inflicted!

oh, obvious now you say it. i didnt know which courtney
Not forgetting Tori Amos' single at the time "Professional Widow," which wasn't suggesting that she killed him, but was critical of her for boosting her public image off the back of Cobains death.
