the old style steering wheel like i have in mine. I maybe completly wrong but im sure its not a 96 model as even the late pre facelifts had the airbag steering wheel in them.

Good point! I think we'll walk away. I know there are a few rogues out there that were registered with newer plates than what they should have had!!

just finished work and rang the guy to find out chassis number and ask him some more questions - before i asked him anything he said it was sold a guy from wales had travelled over to nottingham to buy it - he apologised and said good luck with the hunt for a car
