Sony K850i or LG KU990?

Due an upgrade so i'm looking at phones again. Currently have a K800i which is a fantastic phone but just wondering if the K850i will be no different. Apart from this there's only the LG KU990 which i fancy.

So, which one?

My mate just bought the K850i, wicked phone, only ever heard bad reviews on the LG tbh.

Just keep the one you've got.

My contract has just finished and and I intended to upgrade it too, but that's what they want yo to do and I came to the conclusion that the phone I've got does the job so I decided to keep on using it.

My contract minutes were reduced from 300 to 200 as that's all I need, it's halfed the cost from £30 to £15 per month. ;)

How many of us upgrade unnecessarily?

Yeah it's not nessesary but it's a new toy and everyone loves a new toy!

What bad things have you heard about the LG?

It's just a big touch screen one. Same 5mp camera as the Sony although the lenses will be crap on them anyway.
